Justin Bieber has turned his faith into his latest single “Holy.” He has returned from his musical break and has come back with a powerful faith-based music video that shares his love of God in celebration of his religion. The music video also features religious lyricist Chance the Rapper.
The faithful music video was directed by Colin Tilley, while Scooter Braun was responsible for the production of visuals. We are surprised by how opposite Justin Bieber’s previous videos are to his newer ones. This is referring to music videos such as when Bieber took Drake’s place in a comedic way for DJ Khaled’s “Popstar” music video.
“I don’t believe in nirvana, but the way that we love in the night gave me life, baby.”
These are lines that are already vague in the gospel and contemporary Christian music (CCM), but Bieber’s was able to make a swirl in such lyrics and added a twist to “Holy” to express elements of himself.
In the direction turned towards the son, it was enhanced the song with a squeaky, flexible, praise-adjacent stanza from Chance the Rapper. This also signifies both Bieber’s ongoing voyage away from his rough teen years and also the heightening perception of spirituality in sophisticated expanses.
What’s the plot of Justin Bieber’s new music video?
The video gained millions of views from their fans off of YouTube. In the visual, the Grammy winner and singer and actress Ryan Destiny, who plays as his love interest, are struggling couples as he works as a construction worker and she works in a nursing home in a small town.
The young couple, though having a difficult time, find a way to keep their heads held high until they get evicted from their room in a motel. While walking alongside a highway, they’re met by a man in a military uniform who takes them home to a warm house and meal.
